Located in Denver, Colorado our company is a fast-growing leader in the Order Management and Warehouse management area helping Online retailers around the world. We are also one of the leaders in Salesforce.com implementations.

To keep up with our growth we are looking for Salesforce Service Cloud experts in the Denver area as well as in Bangalore, India.

We have several projects implementing Salesforce Service Cloud for our customers. You will be responsible for helping with architecture and implementation of Service Cloud.

This Salesforce Service Cloud Sr. Developer/Developer position will provide you with experience in the newest cutting-edge technology. You will be collaborating daily with a team of Salesforce experts to provide solutions to complex issues, maintaining and correcting software enhancements, and writing code in APEX and VisualForce.

Qualifications:

• - 4+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
• - 2+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience (Certification preferred)
• - Ability to implement and integrate third party applications within Salesforce Service Cloud
• - Strong understanding of SDLC methods within Service Cloud
• - Experience with Zendesk and Mulesoft a big advantage
• - Strong background in software programming
• - Leverage JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies
• - Strong background in SOAP or REST

Other Requirements:

• - Good communication and people skills a must.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Ability to gather requirements, present technical solutions, provide demos
• - Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions for employees and clients throughout Service Cloud
• - Customizing and configuring standard and non-standard components required to meet business requirements in the highest quality

Responsibilities:

• - Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
• - Customize/build Salesforce applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs etc. while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• - Actively participate/lead walk-throughs and reviews with team (as needed)
• - Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.
• - Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• - 4-6 years of experience in configuration and custom development for Salesforce product areas.
• - Experience with the Salesforce product suite and Representational State Transfer (REST)/Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs.
• - Retail Domain knowledge

• - Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud/Order Management/Service Cloud).
• - Apex, VF, SOQL, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class
• - JIRA or Redmine
• - Scrum/Agile
• - Certification - SFDC Administrator, Platform Developer 1
• - Lightning – Aura/LWC
• - Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills.
• - Perform Impact analysis.
