Located in Denver, Colorado our company is a fast-growing leader in the Order Management and Warehouse management area helping Online retailers around the world. We are also one of the leaders in Salesforce.com implementations.

To keep up with our growth we are looking for Salesforce Service Cloud experts in the Denver area as well as in Bangalore, India.

We have several projects implementing Salesforce Service Cloud for our customers. You will be responsible for helping with architecture and implementation of Service Cloud.

This Salesforce Service Cloud Sr. Developer/Developer position will provide you with experience in the newest cutting-edge technology. You will be collaborating daily with a team of Salesforce experts to provide solutions to complex issues, maintaining and correcting software enhancements, and writing code in APEX and VisualForce.

Qualifications:
  • - 4+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
  • - 2+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience (Certification preferred)
  • - Ability to implement and integrate third party applications within Salesforce Service Cloud
  • - Strong understanding of SDLC methods within Service Cloud
  • - Experience with Zendesk and Mulesoft a big advantage
  • - Strong background in software programming
  • - Leverage JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies
  • - Strong background in SOAP or REST
Other Requirements:
  • - Good communication and people skills a must.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Ability to gather requirements, present technical solutions, provide demos
  • - Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions for employees and clients throughout Service Cloud
  • - Customizing and configuring standard and non-standard components required to meet business requirements in the highest quality

Job Information

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
  • - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • - Maintain company’s social media pages and update them regularly
  • - Generate email campaigns and send it to prospect and monitor those campaigns
  • - Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • - Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • - Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • - Experience in selling software to online retailers preferred
Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • - At least 1 - 3 years' of sales and/or marketing experience
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
